We do not compete or just do poses.
Be functional & healthy is the key. With your commitment, you and your body will learn a new way of lving to stay fit for the rest of your life. You can be 25% of US adults who are not overweight. Be aware that quick weight-loss methods, fad diets, and ineffective exercise programs and devices won't work. While you paticipate our programs, I urge you to eat less red meat and more vegetables. Note: If you cannot commit to diet, you will be in the 75% of US adults who will be overweight or obese by 2015.
